thank you to over 11,000 of you who read this weekly and share with your friends and family for behind the scenes on building a million a 5 million dollar business from scratch and beyond.
i also include a personal note in the end so i am grateful that you let me do that without judgement.
i almost had it.
few weeks ago I felt like I got it.
we have the right team.
right set up.
right focus.
right customers.
right timing so i can go on vacay.
i was wrong.
actually i was full of myself.
i actually made the mistake of taking the team for granted.
i was so ready to go on my vacay that i didn’t realize the pressure i was putting on a few others.
i have to apologize and recognize my short coming.
it’s a realization that it’s a pursuit of perfection.
never perfect. never done. never there.
the best learning for me is that we have a team, that is all in.
not perfect but all in and that’s better than anything else i could ever want.
on a personal note, as the last week of school approaches, we went to celebrate as a family to the one and only - the night at stars and strikes.
unlimited games and rides as a fam with completely unhealthy pizza, spicy wings and dr. Pepper.
it was not perfect by any chance but yet it was perfect.
why?
the point was to be in it together no matter what.
we are quite an imperfect family, yet we are all in and that’s what makes it, perfect.
Leader point: in business and in life, you need people who are all in. not all perfect, simply all in.
I've just recently discovered your blog, Sangram, and it never fails to inspire me and put a smile on my face. God bless you!
