10 year ago, if you would have told me, Sangram, you are going to build a real business around you book, speaking, and advisory, i would have said, i have better things to do than that :)
and now, our little fractional / advisory work is $6M+ in revenue and i am having a ton of fun.
so much so, that i want to teach others how to do it.

i have learned a few things about fractional work and building a business.
there are effectively 3 ways to do it:
- build it yourself
- build it with your books and IP
- build it on top of someone else frameworks and brand
after 100s of 1:1 conversations explaining on how we did it, i finally recorded our process of building a business and how you can do it or at least learn from my mistakes.

on a personal note, my son and i had just finished hauling a bunch of pine straw for some yard work, and i asked him to clean up the car afterward.
he did. but let’s just say… not quite up to my standards.
i had two choices:
- go out and redo it myself,
- or take a moment to coach, not correct.
thank God for the wisdom to pause.
i asked him, “krish — how do you think you did?”
he said, “the best i can.”
so i followed up:
“okay… but imagine you're picking up your girlfriend, and you’re the one driving this jeep. would you still say this car is clean?”
without missing a beat: “do we have any clorox wipes?”
we sure do.
he wiped that thing down like a pro. CLEAN clean.
lesson?
sometimes how we ask matters more than what we ask.
and when we tap into what matters to them — their standards, their priorities — the results speak for themselves.
this might even turn into his side hustle. who knows?
