week 139: clarity beats clever
a simple formula to keep moving forward

aligned with why we started GTM Partners in the first place
our original mission was simple:
make go-to-market simple.
but somewhere along the way, we made it... complicated.
too many products.
too many experiments.
too many GTM motions.
everything we’d advise others not to do, we did.
like one smart guy said—
you can’t read the label from inside the bottle.
since january, we’ve been in build mode.
and now we’ve netted out with full clarity:
we’re helping fractional leaders become GTM-certified operators.
first, they get certified on the GTM Operating System.
then, we license our entire GTM OS framework library so they can hit the ground running.
we even share our funnels—so they can start getting leads on day one.
we’re at 15 fractionals right now in our program.
our goal?
help each of them build a million-dollar book of business in 12–24 months.
won’t be easy.
but it’s possible.
and we finally feel aligned—mission, model, momentum.
for too long, we were trying to be clever.
now, we’re choosing clarity.
and it feels like a whole new energy unlocked.
on a personal note, summer is here.
which means: 8 meals a day for growing kids.

but this summer, my wife and i want to be a bit more intentional.
so here’s what we’re trying:
📚 every week, the kids pick a topic
📆 they spend a little time daily reading or researching
📢 share back their learnings on friday or saturday
📺 screen time = learning time (1:1 ratio)
to my surprise—everyone picked different topics.
we even sat down as a family and debated them for an hour.
and now, each day, the kids ask:
“what should i read about next?”
topics they picked:
– how to become a millionaire
– difference between being rich vs wealthy
– how to get mentally strong
– how to build spiritual courage
wild, right?
