Nice one, Sangram. One common thing that comes to mind is how do you validate your idea without a MVP? Obviously you can ask your network if they're interested in it, but most of the time, they say they do until it's really the time to onboard.

that's a great question - I will make sure I post on this next week... One way to think about it is what are people ready to give you money for. everything becomes pretty clear when you ask for money.

Would love to get insights on idea inception to first kernels of activation...steps taken to reaffirm idea and overcoming doubt!

good to hear from you Aby - until there are a few customers the doubt will always be there. the first 10 - 50 customers are typically founder led sales as opposed to true repeatable process. so here we go! will put that in the upcoming post.
