I feel like we're on similar/parallel paths. I could relate to a lot of this. I recently started working with an online personal trainer through CoPilot and it's been a game-changer for me in terms of my physical health/focus. Fear of accountability had stopped me from signing up for a long time, but I realized that if I didn't do something different, I couldn't expect different results. And now that I've been working with someone for about 2 months, I'm loving the program we've created together along with the app that allows me to check in with my coach and keep my focus on what's important to me by checking off my daily habits.

Consider a walking pad for under a standup desk. Went from 1,000 steps a day to 15,000 just walking at 2.0 during conference calls. BOOM!

Sangram, some great thoughts as always. Concerning consistent exercise, remember that self-discipline is the ability to turn bad habits into good habits. If I can still exercise weekly at 77, what's your excuse? Go for it!
