They seem similar to "fire drills" (suck most of the energy!)
Are we working majority of the time on fire drills or making sure we have a business that is good at preventing fire drills, that allow us to fucus on what is important! Fire drills make us feel productive but it is exactly the opposite.....same as working in the business!
