Great post as always! It is always good to have fun and do things that may not add value in the short term! If you like podcasts and speaking ..which you do...I would do 1-2 just because you like it! Sometimes we get so laser focused that we miss the obvious!
It is like a horse which has blinders! it works for the person that owns the horse but does it work for the horse?
